Toni Anthony is a South Carolina native now residing in Charlotte, NC where she hones her craft. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years. She prides herself on working in a relaxer and weave free environment.  Her focus is growing healthy hair with extra attention given to natural and transitioning hair.
