A 35% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your remaining balance will be due at the completion of your service.

Booking for next month's schedule becomes available on the 15th of the preceding month @ 1pm. For example, booking for February begins on January 15th. If the desired appointment time is not available, PLEASE Join The Waitlist. You will only be contacted if the requested opening becomes available.

Times listed for services are for booking purposes only; prices are subject to change without notice.

Please create an account! This will allow you to view and/or cancel your appointment at your convenience. To do so simply click the “Book” tab above. Then click the "Log In" button in the right hand corner and follow the prompts.

Email confirmations are sent immediately after booking your appointment. Inside you will find the date, time, and location of your appointment.

All appointments must be scheduled, cancelled, or updated online. NO EXCEPTIONS. Text messaging, emails, or voicemails are not permitted. In your confirmation email you will notice a button towards the bottom that will allow you to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, a fee of $15 will be applied to your service total. Although every effort will be made, we may not be able to provide the scheduled service(s). If I am unable to accommodate the appointment, you will be subject to the late cancellation charge & forfeiture of your deposit


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Remaining balances may be paid via cash, credit/debit card, or Zelle. All payment methods with the exception of Zelle are subject to a 3% transaction fee applied to your service total.

Clients submitting declined/invalid card payments will be blocked from the booking system until the balance is paid in full. Once the balance is paid in full, all future appointments if allowed will require prepayment.



Cancellations/No Show POLICY

Appointment cancellations require a 24hr notice prior to your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time you will be considered a No-Call/No-Show and will be subject the penalty charge of the full service in addition to the credit card processing fees charged to the credit card on file.

Clients who book and do not show up or call will be deemed a "no-call or "no-show" and will be charged 100% of the service total and will no longer be able to book any future appointments with Toni Anthony.


LATE Policy/Covid policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to avoid being late due to traffic, accidents, parking, etc. There is a 15 minute grace period and it is not void due to any issue(s). If you have not arrived within your grace period, a $15 fee will be applied to your service total. Due to scheduling, anything past 20 minutes will not be accommodated and will deemed a No-Call/No-Show appointment. Thus subject to a penalty charge of the full service price.

  • VIRTUAL LOBBY: Upon arrival, please remain inside your vehicle until. Text the salon number, (704)-572-8946, to let me know of your arrival. Further instruction will be given at that time.

  • All clients are required to wear a mask during their appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to do so will result in a cancelled appointment and you will be charged accordingly.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, a common cold, or allergies ( sneezing and coughing) please re-schedule your appointment in advance. If you do not, we will cancel it for you and you will be responsible for 100% of your service total.

  • No extra guests.
